Wharton undertook an initial bat survey which identified suitable areas for roosting bats and evidence of bat activity (droppings).
Wharton undertook Arboricultural and Ecological Impact Assessments for the proposed development, including surveys to determine the presence or likely absence of roosting bats from the building.
