Summary:
Wharton undertook an initial bat survey that identified a maternity colony of brown long-eared bats (maximum count of 77 bats).
Subsequent surveys identified access and egress points and a mitigation report was submitted to planning which was approved.
Wharton then progressed a mitigation licence to Natural England.
