The opportunity:

Wharton Natural Infrastructure Consultants are based in Coughton, Warwickshire with clients across England and Wales.

As a result of our continued commitment and increased client base, we are looking for a Digital Marketer to join our team and further develop our digital presence.

The position is aimed at a self-motivated, individual with good communication skills who wants to both develop their career, provide ideas to the business and implement the design and digital marketing capability promoting the benefits of the natural environment and the services we provide to our clients and wider public.

The role:

The main responsibility of the position is to work with and develop our digital marketing presence across all platforms. This will include the work:

  • Research and adding content and optimising our websites

  • Running social media accounts and campaigns

  • Creating collateral such as videos and artwork using canva

  • Writing and distributing press releases

  • Copywriting

  • Researching, Google Analytics analysis and reporting,

  • SEO tool analysis (e.g. Moz)

  • Running and optimising paid search accounts

  • Supporting internal processes such as project management tools

Ultimately, we’re looking for someone who will be a good fit with our company culture and values. We take our professional work very seriously, but we’re also a fun and engaging team to work with, so a good sense of humour will help! 

Skills required for the position:

The successful applicant will:

  • have a degree or equivalent in marketing

  • be creative in approach and have an inherent passion for the natural environment

  • be an excellent communicator

  • be diligent and accurate in your work, well presented, trustworthy and punctual.

  • be willing to learn, grow and provide a consistently high level of service, as part of our motivated team.

  • be computer and IT literate with experience in using Microsoft Office products, with good language skills and an understanding of time management

  • be confident in providing ideas and feedback to improve our service and internal processes

Most importantly, be able to provide solutions to our clients.

Salary range:

Final salary and package will be based on qualifications and experience. This is a position initially based on a 30 hour working week and 3 month probationary period.
