We are looking for an enthusiastic, and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our progressive team.

The opportunity:

Wharton Natural Infrastructure Consultants are based in Coughton, Warwickshire with clients across England and Wales.

As a result of our continued commitment and increased client base, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team.

The position is aimed at a self-motivated, individual with good communication skills, who is organised and wants to both develop their career and themselves. You will also require good working Microsoft Office skills and an ability to learn new systems.

Main Duties and Responsibilities in this position are:

  • Taking phones calls

  • Speaking to clients regarding initial enquires via phone and email

  • Working with internal teams

  • Undertaking administrative tasks such as scanning, filing and printing

  • Undertaking basic office manager tasks such as ordering office supplies and PPE

  • Setting up projects on our LEAF system

  • Assist with company initiatives

  • Supporting the rest of the Roots and technical teams

Salary range:

Final salary and package will be based on qualifications and experience and range from £17,000 - £21,000. This is a flexible position in terms of hours but preferably full time and is subject to a 3 month probationary period.
