There has been much debate recently on Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) becoming a mandatory element of the planning process. But how will this affect you? Are you already factoring BNG in your design and planning stages?

WNIC, working in partnership with Feldon Dunsmore Solicitors and Stratford Business Forum, will be hosting an 'learning event' where we hope to shed some light on BNG, explain what BNG is, how it is calculated and why it has increasing importance for the property sector. Through the course of this event, WNIC will provide you with an opportunity to have your BNG questions answered and to learn more on how BNG could affect you. Nigel Bell, Senior Solicitor from Feldon Dunsmore Solicitors will also be presenting on updated CIL Regs, recent changes to permitted development and recent case law of interest.

Regardless of your sector, BNG will likely affect you and your industry in the coming months. We hope to provide the answers you need to be able to plan for this upcoming change.

We look forward to seeing you there!
